What should I do if the seller provides an invalid tracking number?

The seller is responsible to provide a tracking number on your order page after your order is placed and shipped. If no tracking information appears after 5/7 business days(It depends on your couriers.), Please contact us at support@onjane.com with title of "Invalid Track No.".

 

How to ask for an invoice?

Please contact us at sales@onjane.com to ask for the invoice with your order no. and name.

 

How to ask for an repair service?

Please follow the flow below to ask for a repair service:
1. Email at support@onjane.com and describe the problem you encountered in detail; please attach with images and videos that can clear shows the problem if you can; order no. and your order email is also a must.
2. Our support will check and offer you some solutions, if necessary, we will send you the address that you can deliver.
3. Please send your tracking no. to us after you shipped the products. 
4. We will offer you the solution or new replacement after we receive and check the problem.
