30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for the items in the original package
 
OnJane accepts products to be returned for a full refund for any reason within a month from the order date if the item is brand new in the original package. All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
 
3-Month Guarantee for Quality-Related Issues
 
Products can be returned for replacement or refund within 3 months for quality-related issues. For orders expired 3-month window, the buyer can only return for a replacement if there are some quality issues with the product.
 
Please contact us to schedule an appointment to return your items and get the return address within the United States.
 
It can take up to 7-25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Warranty

All OnJane products carry a 1-year warranty, valid from the purchase transaction date. The warranty covers product defects and provides repair or replacement of the defective product.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (from the buyer back to Onjane's address) and OnJane pays for postage to ship the replacement or repaired item back to the buyer. In some cases, at OnJane's discretion, the buyer may receive a refund if a repair or replacement is not immediately available. Refunds issued are for the cost of the item only; no handling or shipping fees will be refunded. OnJane must receive the returned item before a replacement is shipped to the buyer or a refund is issued. In most cases, picture or video evidence illustrating the defect may be required in order to honor the warranty.

The following situations are NOT covered by the 1-year warranty:

Physical damage due to misuse or accident.

Normal wear and tear.
Loss or theft.
Water damage or any other damage or defect related to misuse
Only OnJane products are covered, no other item is covered, including items used in tandem with a OnJane product.
Buyer attempts unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembles the item.
Item is damaged by plugging it into an incompatible voltage. All plug-in items have voltages clearly displayed on the Amazon detail page.
